Abstract: Graph and Agent Models of Pandemics (Viral and Social)
In this talk I will review the work of our UArizona pandemic team (and friends) on geo- resolved, agent-based and graphical model of pandemics. This talk will be based on the medarxiv preprint, https://www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2021.02.24.21252390, the Science Report paper https://www.nature.com/articles/s41598-022-11705-8 and some unpublished (still work in progress) stories.
