Applied Topology & Geometry Reading Group

When

3 – 4 p.m., Sept. 25, 2025

The applied geometry and topology reading group will be meeting on thursday 9/25 in PAS 560 at 3 PM to discuss the article Topological data analysis reveals a core gene expression backbone that defines form and function across flowering plants.

We will be meeting biweekly this semester to discuss applications of topological and geometric methods throughout the sciences. Our permanent meeting time is still flexible so if you're interested but cannot make Thursdays at 3 PM let Eric Chirtel or Blake Bates know. Also, let them know if you'd like to be added to the applied geometry/topology email list.
